Eligibility, return shipping, inspection, and refund timing.
Seven-day request window
A return or exchange must be requested within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and have its original tags attached. A used item is eligible only when it has a verified defect.
Return shipping
ORSC MAKEYON pays return shipping when an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from the item ordered. The customer pays return shipping for fit, preference, or change-of-mind returns. No product category or Final Sale exclusion applies to this policy.
Inspection and refunds
Returned items are inspected against the eligibility conditions. After an eligible return passes inspection, ORSC MAKEYON initiates the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
